Using Volley
You can use the Volley editor without an account. Diagrams you do not save to an account stay in your browser. If you sign in, you agree to these terms and are responsible for activity under your account and API keys.
Your content
You own the diagrams you create. You give us permission to store, process and display them only as needed to run Volley for you, including serving short links and embeds you choose to share. Unlisted diagrams can be opened by anyone who has the link. Do not put real secrets, credentials or personal data in diagrams.
Acceptable use
Do not use Volley to break the law, to host malware or phishing, to infringe others' rights, or to overload or probe the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that do.
Paid plans
Volley Pro is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Account → Manage billing; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal. Taxes are added where required. Refunds are described on the refunds page.
API and MCP access
Hosted API and MCP calls are limited per calendar month by plan. Keep API keys secret; you are responsible for calls made with them.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Volley available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue Volley Pro, we will give at least 30 days' notice and refund unused prepaid time.
Disclaimer and liability
Volley is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your account
You can delete your diagrams at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@volley.sh.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
